As someone who is hoping this film does well for Ranveer’s sake. KJo should focus on promoting some of the amazing character actors like Shabana and Dharmendra. That way the focus will off of how Aloo just can’t be the commercial heroine.

I never said that. Gangubhai was Bhansali’s attempt at an offbeat film like Khamoshi. It wasn’t his typical Devdas or Ram Leela. That was all visuals and grandeur. Thus she suited it.

SOTY Kjo has now publicly admitted he exaggerated the box office numbers of. It was actually a dud.

Alia literally looks like a backup dancer here. She doesn’t stand out compared to the other dancers whereas you can clearly see Ranveer is the hero compared to his backup dancers 🤣

How is that relevant to anything? Alia’s been around for like 11 years though. From Radha to Jhumka, she still sucks.

Some people just don’t have it in them. She’s good in quirky and offbeat roles but she is NOT an all rounder, and definitely not a good mainstream actress. In Dhindora she looks like she’s hopping around with “beta nachke dikhao” vibes🤣
