Its a month to release & even the teaser is not released yet. Either, they're not coming on Aug 11th or they're not very confident in their product or the response they'll receive.

Sometimes streaming deals or actor contracts require a limited theatrical run on the producer's part before putting it up on streaming. Maybe it's that.
