My thoughts on Rocky aur Rani trailer

I have watched the trailer umpteen times and have been laughing until my sides hurt!

It promises to be a mega entertainer and has all the ingredients to make it a paisa vasool blockbuster. I mean, what's not to like? The Punjabi-Bengali conflict is so reminiscent of 2 states and Vicky Donor, the foot-tapping music, and Ranveer and Alia at their best. Ranveer's comic timing is on point and Alia looks so beautiful!

I think Karan Johar is back on track. This looks like a far, far better product than his last 3 outings.

This sorta reminds me of K3G. Family drama and romance are embedded in it.

Have not looked forward to any film more than this!!!!

I am hoping its a mega-hit!!!!!

How many of you love the trailer?

I think the trailer looked promising. It can be a nice family movie like K3G or HAHK. The songs seem great also. Not the love song but the party songs

But it seems the 2 lead characters are kind of playing themselves. Will have to look into that further as more promos come.

On a side note Jaya seems cast as a bitter old woman so she is playing her self for sure 😆

I just hope the movie is entertaining. Not expecting anything more than that. Definitely watching it in theatre.

I feel a kind of anticipatory excitement to get the experience of a magical cinema event a small screen cannot give me this way.

I feel hope that it will be a more intriguing story than the trailer gives away.

I feel the urge to ask Karan why he didn't come two years earlier with a movie like that (one year before Brahmastra).

And I feel quite uncomfortable with all the early praise...

The trailer gave me serious daily soap vibe. I may watch it when it streams on OTT, depending on its reviews. But it's not something I will spend my money on. 🤷🏻‍♀️

i dont know looks like kjo is trying so hard with this movie and its too far stretched and ranveers OTT as usual- i have no hopes. I also dislike Alia in rom com movies shes too annoying with her squeaky voice. I can only stand her in subtle roles.

Youre laughing??? I was crying after watching it at the disappointment, i expected so much from a big movie like this but its looking even more boring than TJMM
