i think its better to prefer money rather than being an emotional fool.

i feel he will end up being drunkard only if he did not marry the love of his life and be with someone whom he is not in love with.. Drink to forget her maybe..

Upper-middle class, normal well-off. Kiara’s is very well-to-do & old money.

Nope not rich at all. Just normal well-off. Kiara’s is old-money “rich” though.

SidMal’s family live in S. Delhi in Def. Col which is a posh area, sure, but they aren’t rich at all. I mean now they are thanks to him lol, but talking about the family in general.

Most of these men they are presumably digging gold from are ugly as fcuk. I wouldn’t date them for a billion dollars. So I call them coal diggers

With all the focus on money i think this is a very overlooked area. As a starlet you are going to be exploited and subjected to casting couch by actors, directors producers etc...

... Isn't it better to stay with one then? You are not forced to sleep with every tomdickandharry... Nor is anyone making lecherous advances..... You get their protection plus they do put in a call to their friends to get you casted so more opportunities

I don't think this even qualifies as being a gold digger then.

While what you said is very true most actors don’t possess this kind of power. Most of them aren’t Salman or SRK. So being with an actor only for this protection doesn’t make sense b/c they can’t really protect them when it comes to work etc. The producers/directors will just turn around & cast someone who will do them the favours they seek.

I think more for the brand Bachchan and her sustainability for the long run. Let's face it both Abhi and Ash milked their relationship for a couple of years and made good money. Plus marriage to Bachchan gave Ash a new lease of life and protection. Nothing wrong with it but with many not keen to work with her and she not being as ambitious as required for Hollywood she would probably not been relevant. Ash did get the tag and thankfully Abhi is a decent guy with no affairs and a family man so she was lucky

Yeah I agree.

Many may think no one will dare to touch Salman's GF for eg. Or maybe they can rush to Aamir for help if someone treats them badly.

So it may not just be money or easy route but also protection reasons.

But then, as other members said, not all stars are as powerful as Khans, Bachchans, HR, or Kapoors.

So protection part may not always hold true.

And are they really protected? I mean what if their mentor or BF gets abusive or possessive and they get treated like puppets by him (or her)?

We do have reports of how Salman treated some of his GFs when he got possessive or he felt they transgressed limits. Or how Raj Kapoor and Dev Anand got possessive of Zeenat and fought over her and Dev remained bitter all life for Zeenat being his discovery but later moving on to Raj Kapoor. Her acting smart ultimately cost her, her image and career as she began to get less offers and was slowly replaced by lookalike Parveen, who, in turn was also dictated by her possessive BFs like Amitabh, Mahesh Bhatt and Kabir Bedi and ultimately dumped by all and lost her career and sanity (or people tried to prove she had mental issues).

So the 'protection' part, IMO, may not always hold true and it comes with its own price. You may be protected from other predators but exploited by one whose protection you have sought refuge under.

Bachchan legacy and protection are more important than just money and it ensured Ash remains in limelight all life.

Had she married someone else or some businessman or foreigner, she would not get limelight and constant interest of public as she gets even now despite less work.

She knew Amitabh is biggest star of South Asia and Bachchan tag matters.

She will keep getting attention even if she becomes housewife and retires entirely from showbiz.

She has ensured no ex can harass her. She can be safe, famous and get access to all wealth, fame and political connections of Bachchans who are a highly influential and well linked family. She also gets more respect ever since she got Bachchan bahu tag as Bachchans are well respected in India.

Coal is still more valuable.

I agree most of these guys are ugly, old raisins with philandering and substance abuse issues.

Not worth it at all in terms of relation or character or loyalty. But they have money and power so people use them and get used in return

Some comments are 🤢 the one who said that Salman would have bought him 10 🤔not everything is about money at least for some people we look at other things more..

People like to troll and judge women no matter what.

Especially if woman is rich, successful, beautiful, famous or has standards and preferences.

They mock Kat for her past relations. They troll women if they marry someone richer than them or more famous than them. They also troll women if they marry someone less rich, less good looking and less famous. Either ways women are damned.

Salman trolls shall forever remain bitter and salty for his exes marrying someone else. Why troll Ash or Kat or make memes on them or their current spouses?

Why they think only women left Salman and he himself was not interested in marriage or long term commitment either?

I hate how social media pretends Salman is some poor little rich man who is dumped by girls and is alone or some tragedy king who never got love in life.

There is more to life than just looks and money alone and Katrina went fot someone who cared for her, loves her, is not abusive nor has criminal record. Good for her. She looks happier.
