Honestly after watching some videos where he was hitting fans, I have no sympathy for him.
After watching the trailer one can say John being sidelined is least of the movie's concerns. The ghisi piti story and the VFX are terrible. None of them look believable doing those stunts
Bravo, Jack...you had to repeat "insecure" and "self-centered" three times...that makes YOU rather insecure that you are able to advance your opinion...
As for John being sidelined...he is the first to - extensively - appear of the three leads, so the first focus is on him!
He is called in the trailer-credit's as the second - behind DEEPIKA and BEFORE the name-giving character.
His well-trained body is shown (not SRK's one like in the song) and he obviously gets a hold on Pathaan - at least in one situation.
One says that love makes blind...Hate does it, too.
My impression: the three leads are equally well presented...and it is clear that Deepika doesn't have a 'flower-pot' role...and no, John isn't sidelined (and will not be in the movie neither). In the contrary, he seems to have a strong role.

He's an obvious troll, don't feed him
John is not sidelined in the trailer. He looks much better than SRK.
SRK's films have always been about him. After he got overshadowed by Deepika in C.E. she got reduced to flowerpot roles in his films.Whether you like it or not but he is very insecure.Originally posted by: Clochette

He does but is missing in all the promotional event by Yrf. It's all about SRK. I won't be surprised if Deepika and John have got the rough end of the stick in this film.Originally posted by: Porcupine

😉 I know..only the first 2 lines are for Jack...the rest for everybody who thinks alike 😊
