It's not just you, OP. Ranbir looks really old though. Alia looks older, but she still has a baby face. Compared to her hubby, she looks relatively young.

If indeed Ranbir is bisexual and his male boyfriend is Ayan then I can understand that Alia isn't concerned about that as long as Ranbir is loyal and loving to her...and Ayan may have by now learned to accept the Ranbir-Alia relationship...

Ranbir has a tendency to get close to ALL his directors.

Imtiaz, Anurag and Ayan are all close to him including Rajkumar.

He's has also clearly declared being very happy with his wife and baby daughter.

I think you are complicating this more than it actually is. What Alia’s statement basically meant was that Ranbir can sleep around as much as he wants as long as he doesn’t fall in love with any of them. An old interview of Neetu had resurfaced last year where she basically said the same thing, that she knew that Rishi was straying and it didn’t matter to her as long as he never gave his heart to any of the other women. Ranbir isn’t exactly known for his loyalty or fidelity to his partners. Alia is basically accepting him for who he is, or in Ranbir’s own words she’s molding herself according to what he wants.
