Nah they're chill. Out of all young gen bolly celebs, Varun seems really committed and besotted with Natasha. Natasha doesn't like being in the media glare and hardly mingles with industry people, and Varun completely respects that. They seem to me very headstrong couple who know themselves and their equation.
