Honestly D2 hindi version BO collection is a pleasant surprise. The original version was an OTT superhit and apart from Fahad films, this was one of the reasons malayalam films got appreciation of content based movie fans during covid time.

This shows that the right casting along with screen play and direction will bring audiences to theatre.

Seems interesting casting

watched it last night! it was really well-made movie with no flaws. Glad to see that the movie is working well on the box office as well. It totally deserves it. Everyone acted well. Definitely a must must watch!

How was the theatre houseful on a MONDAY night?! Post pandemic, this is the only Bollywood movie i’ve seen that has drawn in these kind of crowds. Even Brahmastra couldn’t get those numbers in my local theatre. I thoroughly enjoyed it, kept me hooked from start to end. Ajay at his best, but honestly a huge amount of credit for this movie should go to the writers. I’m fascinated at how they’ve done so incredibly well in both part 1 and 2. Hope they get their due. Go watch it if you haven’t already. A movie with no songs (maybe bar one?), let alone any item numbers or gimmicks doing so well, if people still don’t get content is king, there is no hope.
