He’s not ugly by any means. Objectively speaking. People just love being compulsive contrarians on the internet, doesn’t matter what topic. Not sure what it validates within but it’s a real phenomenon. It’s one thing to say you don’t find someone attractive but calling someone that looks just fine ugly is another matter.

Standards haven’t gone down. They have stayed pretty steady. People magazine likes hyping up celebs already in the news. Chris Evans looks decent enough and is the flavor of the season. I am not at all surprised they picked him.

Also, apparently he’s too woke for some and not woke enough for others. I have seen HIM being accused of both. He’s indeed very decent being who’s very unproblematic but people will always have something to complain about won’t they??

No one is saying Evans is ugly and I see no meltdown here. I am a big fan of both Evans and Hemsworth and I find Hemsworth more hot than Evans. Nothing wrong in that. Different people have different types.

Anyways they should include more sports person too. I find Paulo Dybala and Pat Cummins legit hot
