Have not seen a lot of his mainstream movies, only know their songs, but from the ones I have, these are definitely my favourite scenes 😳👍🏼

I realise why female writers keep talking about alternative, gentler masculinity brought to screen by SRK in a culture where trashing women is a norm.

His interactions with Geetha are great

Especially the one in the classroom where he answers all her questions and pulls her close and she hits him with the chalk duster 😍

Also the one where he asks her not to miss him when he goes to do a chore for kaveri amma….

Or the one where she ties him a dhoti…and he’s all adorable and embarrassed 🤣

I have never liked most of the romantic movies of SRK but there are some scenes which I loved the most because of the way they were written and directed and the actors acted really well.

1. There was a scene in Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa where Sunil talks to Anna's photo and tells her he loves her so much. Anna was hiding behind a curtain and listening to him. Those dialogues in that scene were perfect. Sunil was not defending himself for lying to her. Instead he was pouring out his heart to her in that pic something which he couldn't do in front of Anna. That was a nice scene.

2. There was a very small scene in Veer Zaara where both of them were walking on a bridge and Zaara slips and hurts her leg and Veer carries her in his arms. Their expressions in that scene were awesome.

3. In Swades, Mohan goes to Gita's class and Gita makes fun of him by asking questions on India and he was deliberately giving wrong answers. After all the students left the class Mohan started giving right answers and embarassed Gita was wiping the empty blackboard 😆 and then he pulls her towards himself. That pull was so romantic. Then Gita leaves the room in a hurry and her duster hits Mohan and he was like, maine toh correct answers diya tha mere ko maara kyun? 🤣

I watched Pardes again just a few hours ago. Arjun is probably one of the most attractive male characters that’s ever been penned down. Also, Mahima looked out of the world stunning in the film. Such a rewatch value.

So many Pardes mentions! I loved that one too❤️..

It's a movie that showcases two opposite male opinions about women, I find...it goes even beyond the romantic love (atominis wrote about SRK's character's behaviour...I find it reflects also SRK's behaviour towards women in general).

When I watched Pardes, I already knew that during the shooting Gauri had a miscarriage (which among others caused a riff between Subhash Ghai and SRK because Subhash didn't want SRK leaving the sets)... I admired that his performance did not suffer from this emotionally stressing situation.
