most of the time I do not care about what everyone thinks of me, I’m unbothered about everything yet there are many times I act like imposter trying to blend in, fit in to please people and it takes a lot of energy out of me. The more detached I become the more intensely I feel about certain people who are close to me. I don’t know if you understand me. I don’t want to be overwhelmed by my emotions. How do I do that? Sounds like you go through extremes of emotions? I have a subliminal for that. Put this on when you’re sleeping or doing mindless activities that don’t require mental alertness.
