Unfortunately we all want what we don’t have. Just know that celebrities are paying thousands to get your cheeks, look at Nora.


We all eventually lose collagen in our faces and start looking older. That just means you will remain looking youthful for longer. I’m pretty envious of that.

Omg same here. First day of fasting gives me headache and churning in the stomach, I get irritated easily and low stamina when talking, but next day I am alright and don't feel like eating much for a week and then I dream about chicken biryani and fish curry...that's it ...rice puffs up my face as I continue to eat rice once I had the taste.

The only way I was able to lose weight was through exercise, you have to sweat it out and reduce salt intake.. salt bloats you up. I have hormonal imbalances so it is hard for me to lose weight, I always have to watch what I eat and hit the gym. Dieting and intermittent fasting never works on me instead I start having hair loss and get ache 😭

1. How long have you been doing weight loss?

2. How close are you to your goal weight? For example if you started off weighing 200 lbs, and you currently wright 160 pounds, and you gave yourself a goal weight of 140 pounds - you still have about 20 lbs to burn off.

3. You can do facial exercises. That won’t really burn the fat off, but it’ll help develop the muscles beneath.


edit 4: How do your jaws look? I don’t think I have the picture in my photo albums, but I was reading how the shape of your jaws can affect your facial shape as well (especially causing the double chin). If your teeth/jaws aren’t in proper shape, I’d look into that as well.

Edit 5: Do you track what you eat and make sure you’re eating at a caloric loss? Or are you trying keto/IF/etc? Or just ainvi?

Edit 6: do you do weight lifting too? Or just cardio?

Hence *our* poor AF metabolism.

But keep uhm healthy 🤣 snacks on you to munch on. Stuff that’s high in fiber, low in calories to keep you full.

But come on! Get your ass back to the gym or go for a run around the block like you used to. Remember the dream: one chin up before we die 🤣🤣

Facial yoga and water ! Dehydration makes your face chubby. As your body is carrying water weight. Stay away from alcohol, especially wine. That bloats your face a lot for a day or two. I have the same problems
