1. How long have you been doing weight loss?
2. How close are you to your goal weight? For example if you started off weighing 200 lbs, and you currently wright 160 pounds, and you gave yourself a goal weight of 140 pounds - you still have about 20 lbs to burn off.
3. You can do facial exercises. That won’t really burn the fat off, but it’ll help develop the muscles beneath.
edit 4: How do your jaws look? I don’t think I have the picture in my photo albums, but I was reading how the shape of your jaws can affect your facial shape as well (especially causing the double chin). If your teeth/jaws aren’t in proper shape, I’d look into that as well.
Edit 5: Do you track what you eat and make sure you’re eating at a caloric loss? Or are you trying keto/IF/etc? Or just ainvi?
Edit 6: do you do weight lifting too? Or just cardio?
