There's a diff between trolls spreading venom because of religion or politics and decent people who simply decide not to watch a film for whatever reason. The ones who spread venom on purpose have some nerve, including themselves among normal peeps. 😆 They can stay in the hole that is their natural habitat.

Ok

Bollywood is in a deep hole because of exactly this habit of looking down on their audience.

If audience is nothing for these "talented" people, then there's no need for them to release their films in theaters or anywhere. Anurag can watch his own films in his home and jerk off to his creativity and talent LMAO.

Tapsee is already saying people are destroying industry and blaming audience for not understanding her movie. Indirectly calling them dumb. Just before the movie was screaming to be boycotted and now crying people are destroying industry. As usual these arrogant industry people try to show they could care less about boycotts and audience but cry when their movie becomes a disaster. Serves them right.

What do you have to say on boycott trends against likes of akshaykumar, hrithik roshan, vijay devrakonda, ananya pandey, kjo, arjun kapoor, anuarag kashyap etc ?

The don't belong to religious minority like amir khan, kareena kapoor khan, saif ali khan, shahrukh khan, alia bhatt etc. So what sort of victim card world you provide there People with ?

Bullying and mocking the people being bullied as victims?

When was Akshay boycotted? His film just flopped. There was no boycott trend.

Ananya is not even being mentioned by most boycotters.

The rest spoke up against the boycott bots. Having an opinion which goes against the bullies is a crime in their eyes.

ETA. The part about the opinion was stated in my posts, but you went straight for the religion and ignored everything else.😆

Heh?😆

1. You're mocking them by claiming they're playing the victim card.

2. You're claiming the exact opposite when I said they're being bullied because they opposed the boycott bots.

3. Nowhere did I mention their religion. I don't care. And I don't care to care what God they pray to. You clearly do.

Boycott bots are pathetic little bullies whose only way of making themselves feel good is by silencing others. That *other* can be someone of a different faith or someone who supports that to a different faith or someone with a different opinion.

There are a certain section of people who would be interested to watch their films. Consider that option ? Country is not formed with only majority or populist culture. Sensible people who are minorities now are also part of the audience, FYI, since we are on the verge of forgetting about minorities.

Also, BW is in this state because of giving too much importance to what Audience would like, making films hit etc. than working on their art and creativity. Lack of passionate directors, or lack of investments on good stories because ‘people might not like it’ are the reasons BW is doomed today. Remakes of successful movies are the biggest proofs of that. Anyways.

Okay, so to be a part of the "sensible audience", we have to like this movie.

That's a nice tactic. Shame the audience for not liking their films, because only "sensible" people can like it. Others don't matter, since they only like "garbage" which we don't make. That's a nice way to shield your movies from any criticism.😆
