One of my fave movie.

A very peppy and enjoyable fluff. A Classic now. Great choreography and brilliant dancing with seductive moves. Best is it's music! The songs : Be my baby, Hungry eyes, Yes, Stay, Time of life, they just set the mood.

Yes. Saw it when I was a kid, then as a preteen then as a teenager. Also saw it recently couple years ago. One of my favorite movies. In fact, I love watching newly married couples dance on I’ve had the time of my life on their weddings. There’s a bunch of YT videos. Truly heartwarming stuff.

Saw it years ago and was so charmed by the young Patrick Swayze and young pre-nose job Jennifer Grey that I rewatched it now and then over the years. “Hungry Eyes”, “Shes like the wind”, “Time of my life” are all classic romantic easy-listening ballads.

Fun fact - Swayze and Grey didn’t get along at all during the shooting. The irritation on Johnny’s face when he’s teaching Baby the steps is apparently all Swayze.

It quickly became a cult movie, mainly because of the sexy dancing, the sexy Swayze and the soundtrack. We watched it 7 times in the theatre, tried to dance "dirty" with the songs and still have it among our repeat viewings of favourite "musical" films.

My friends and I watched every Swayze film and documentary about him (and his wife) ...and we were mega sad when we learned about the cancer.

It is old show, but I loved outlander on Netflix, Sam H is ❤️
