Am I the only one who likes most of SLB’s movies??! I don’t like him as a person as I don’t condone bullying, and I get that his films are not intellectual enough for some of you. But most of them bring in the magic, entertaining, fun and wow factor that has been almost inexistant in BW the last few years. Same old recycled movies…I personally don’t watch BW movies to be inspired and I do to the cinema to be wowed and enthused. I’m looking forward to his next!

I don't care about the intellect part. Just that I find his storytelling terrible and can't stomach the loudness of everything in his movies.

Bhansali and Rajamouli make the same films.

Na bhai, difference hai, Rajamouli has bigger vision while Bhansali restrict himself to a region only. Bhansali 1 script bana ke usi ko focus karta hai, while Rajamouli expand his script to bigger vision which creates much beautiful script.

I like him, some of his movies are total duds but he has gives big cinematic moments like the filmamkers of yore

he was considered intellectual when he started, like khamoshi but post devdas he has become very big scale and more melodrama

his films have emotional core which draws you in, like some scenes in baji rao, hum dil de chuke.

also he will root his films in one culture (bengal, goa, gujarat, marathi) which most of bw directors cannot

he should take more diverse actors, the way he casted for hddcs or khamoshi in those days was out of the box, not the same stars, stop composing, he knows music but his compositions are terrible

and maybe do a khamoshi type sans sets movie again

he has maintained quality over a much more longer period of time unlike adi chopra/kjo types

he is low profile and doesn't blabber

I loathed Devdas, and I'm an SRK fan (except for his look, which I liked)😆

I sometimes wish one of the guest just punch that obnoxious face of his to remove his crown😆

Comeon yaar, how can you dislike HDDCS, such a gem film. Thodi si dislike sudhaar loh, film ko dubara dekho, you will fall in love for sure.
