Pretty sure he has publicly said he had a gastric band surgery. I don't think he has shied away from talking about it

I knew he had gone through radical weight loss. But seems like he's using some filters to smooth out his skin and make him look younger. No harm in that. He just looks so much younger than he is. If you go back 3-4 months on his insta he looks more his age.

Now that you mentioned it - both the ears are fuzzy + there is fuzziness around the cheek and jaws. Seems like some effect on the center of his nose too. I get filters for smoothing wrinkles. But all this effort baffles me.
