I think budget should be around 200cr maximum. Let's see if someone can quote the actual.

Till last year this movie's fans said the budget is around 250cr. Now given Gangubai's success I'm sure the same set of fans aren't going to repeat it again.

I don't know their source. Many fans were worried about the lack of updates and frequent shoots...unko bahot tension ho rahi thi wrt the budget.

This movie is in the making since 6(?) years now....aaram se 250 cross hua hoga ab tak.

no 4 years i think and that's not too much considering 2 years there was covid. so only 2 years making movie which is alright considering it's a period epic movie shot on big scale.

250 is too much cotton. fans toh kuch bhi bolte. koi actual source ho toh batana zarur.

Movie is heavy on VFX which costs money. They spent two months in Bulgaria shooting for it and that costs extra. They also shot a little bit in France. RK charges 30-35cr per movie. I’m not sure how much Nagarjuna charges. I don’t think everyone else’s fees are that high. They’ve had professionals from outside of India involved with this project and that costs extra. All of this probably will add up to 200-250 crores. Now factor in the delays and the reshoots. I don’t know how much of it has been reshot and this is something we won’t know for a while, if ever. But at one point rumor was they reshot 60% of it. The budget is very high. If trailer is not well received and buzz isn’t strong enough KJo’s only option is to sell it to distributors for like 60cr and then declare it hit when it reaches a 100cr.

Again as I said those were quotes from movie fans. Don't know if reliable or not.

250 is believable easily given how movies are being shot these days.

Zero movie had redchillies VFX. It wasn't a delayed project as well. Despite all these factors uska budget 150 plus tha.

Again yeh sab speculate karke kuch matlab nahi hai. Hit declare ho jayegi tab pata chal jayega producer ka quoted budget.
