My only disagreement yet remains. If she is not an A-lister than how are yet to be launched star kids? Even Sara only has one film that outdid any of Yami's films box office-wise. She is an A-lister? Again her most successful film she was just a simple love interest which is Simba.

Who knows? It hasn't stopped her from getting films, so she should at least make a pretense of not giving a damn.

Look, I have no particular liking for the insiders. I would prefer such successful outsiders to show the nepo gang the backs of their hands instead of pleading for attention.

Yeah I mean everyone does complain once in a while. I dont think it is as frequent as Kangana. I think about it how many times have I complained about law school. But yes she should continue working hard and be successful.

It's the designer's prerogative who he/she wants to give free stuff to. They do it based on various concerns. They will give or lend their outfits to people who they think will get them enough free advertisement and exposure. They will also give to people who they genuinely like or have connections with. Very young girls like Ananya and Jhanvi are always preferred because everyone runs after the younger demographic. Designers want their clothes to be seen on 20 year old hot girls because it makes the brand look really hip and cool and trendy.

Yami doesn't fit into any of this. She's neither a big enough star nor is she personal friends with these designers. She's also married and "old" in terms of the fashion world where teenage girls rule.

And frankly, even if she was the biggest star on the planet, if the designer didn't want to dress her, they don't have to. What is with these entitled demands. Nobody owes you anything. There were designers who even refused to dress Melania Trump who was the First Lady because they simply didn't like her or her politics. Who the eff is Yami in comparison?

Alia is the biggest female star in BW currently. She will be dressed by designers even when she's 50.

Yami wishes she was at that level but she's not. She doesn't have other things on her side either.

And ultimately, you can't demand free stuff from others. It's their prerogative if they want to dress you or not. It doesn't make the person a victim.

Most people recognise Yami as fair and lovely girl. I am taking about audience which is not much english speaking and loves in tier 2, tier 3 and tier 4 cities. I am not talking about social media obsessed audience or audience which watches OTT. They recognise Alia as movie actor. This recognition makes an actor a star.

Advertisement and product marketing is much different for different sections of population and different cities. I lived in Uttar Pradesh for sometime. The advertisements for products were much different than what they advertise in Delhi.

50. Alia will probably walk on ramp with her kids in future. Kapoor's are considered as first family of bollywood.
