Why was she wearing that dress if she didn't want her figure to get noticed?😆
FYI. I'm not judging her for what she wore because she looks good in it. I do judge her for the fake - and totally unnecessary - virtue-signaling after.

She isn't talking about her figure getting noticed.
She's talking about articles like these.
This sound a lot like Deepika’s cleavage controversy which lead to the pseudo-pathbreaking cute my choice YouTube video she made.
Sadly it seems like we don’t have a choice ourselves to be spared from this?

Samatha gaslighting much? Such projection! There is pattern emerging: it seems that everytime she does something risque or controversial, she delivers a sermon to society, trying to impose her value system on others or shame them into accepting her own. Who turned her into the morality or thought police?
Post divorce, she has become a patronizing fountain of platitudes. It seems her ex has had a luck escape but the rest of us are not to be spared.
About the dress itself: the designer and hair stylist must have a deep dislike of her. It showcases her adipose tissue in all the wrong places, seems to be desperate attempt to wear as little as possible for maximum exposure while her hairstyle does her no favours.
All that money and so little taste.

Sorry, this is not true.
She's not trying to police morality. She's saying others are policing her morality. Which, going by the articles LV later posted, happens to be true.
I thought LV was complaining about the comments on this thread about her boobs.

This is my opinion and I stand by it: Sam is projecting. She is doing to the audience what she is accusing the audience of doing.

Everyone's entitled to their own opinions but not their own facts.
The articles are saying exactly what she claims they do.
Your opinion doesn't change that fact. They are trying to moral police her. She's telling them it ain't their business.

Another platitude. Context matters. She is an instagram influencer at a public event. She makes money off her public following, making her a public person. It is sheer hypocrisy on her part to prescribe to people how and what they should respond to. What she is advocating is a form of censorship. With influence comes responsibility and consequences.
To quote Sam: "Projecting our ideals on someone else never did anyone any good" . Isn't she projecting her ideals on others? So what exactly has she been doing all this time with her MommaSaid posts? Consider that rhetorical!

I personally had neve heard of her. I just googled her name and found out she's south Indian actress.
Sam is neither the most talented nor the highest paid actress in South Indian cinema. What she does have, is the most aggressive PR of any South Indian actress. It's a toss-up on what she spends the most money: plastic surgery or PR?
You know whenever she gives these “replies”, it reminds me of tapsee and her “befitting replies” with her “you go girl” supporters
It almost feels like they pick and search the 1 brickbat from the 1000 compliments they get, feel upset and post sermons about empowerment based on that …to get some claps …
A truly empowered person , wouldn’t give a shit …will just lead the life they want …
It’s a dress….can’t judge character on that - true
It’s a dress ….people can like it or dislike it without it having any shaming undertones - also true
All dislike for this dress = shaming / judgement - not true
As for random Telugu website media, several actors have critisised it for its agenda driven and negative articles …don’t even think anyone even takes them seriously …
She was so cute and simple. Why did she do this? https://youtube.com/shorts/Ifgr6-mlPgs?si=3UwIlV05qT1IOM6K
