I don’t know if I am reading too much into it but considering all the premature deaths in the recent times, I can’t help but notice that the common factor in all of them was them being fitness freaks. It is very important for everyone to take Doctor’s advise before embarking upon any kind of fitness program but even more so if one has reached a certain age bracket.
