- Stop 50-year-old uncles from romancing 20 somethings. Pair them with people their own age. Romances don't have to be about youth. Show love stories of finding love after death, divorce - or finding the right person late in life.
- Create better meatier roles for women, especially older women. It is sad to see men in their 50's romancing women their daughter's age while their leading ladies from the 90s and 00s are retired or relegated to mom roles. I'd like to see romances like Sid and Tara in DCH, where it's not a creepy love story with an adolescent horny over an older woman but a young man who genuinely falls for an older woman. Or define the woman for who she is outside her family and kids.
- Create more fantasy fiction, horror, and other subgenres based on the rich history and mythology of India. More movies like Baahubali and Tummbad or Bullbul.
- Stop reusing the same old tropes and stereotypes. It doesn't always have to be a Bombay/Delhi family or a North Indian small town. India has many large cities and small towns. Stop using broad strokes and flesh out communities authentically.
- Expand locales. India has over 7500 km of coastline - beaches don't exist in Goa only. Showcase the northeastern states. Help Indians discover parts unknown within their own country before going off to Europe or other parts of the world.
- The Indian diaspora is not concentrated in the USA. They are all over the world. And the North American diaspora is not in New York, California, and Toronto. There are Indians in the Midwest, in the rural south, and even the icy Northern territories of Canada. There are Indians abroad who are poor and struggling to make ends meet. Be more realistic and diverse when portraying the diaspora.
More of Divya Kumar Khosla, Jhanvi Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan in movies, please so that I can finally stop watching BW movies altogether😅

Funny and perfect.
Get rid of talentless nepotism products. Bring fresh content, new exploratory concepts.

I agree wholeheartedly with this part if i'm lying
Diverse content and different kind of roles for actors of all age groups. All do not have to be romantic love stories only.
More representation of all communities. I want to see actors from NE, South and real sardars, Kashmiris, tribals etc and not just one or two A listers wearing make up to look like everything from Manipuri to Punjabi.
Less of herd mentality. If one formula succeeds or one film succeeds every other film or web series begins to copy it. This bhedchaal should stop. I do not want to see similar scenes or tropes repeated film after film.
Actors who look normal and less of plastic surgery ans botox products.
Focus on language. The writing needs to improve and I want actors and singers who have good command over language, proper diction, accent and voice modulation. Enough of those with poor language skills and fake firangi accent.
Focus on village/rural areas and less elite class as well. Villages were totally erased from Bollywood since 90s.
More realistic representation of women, youth, challenges of student life, rather than showing college as just a place where people glam up and hook up.
Return of solid villains, supporting cast and not one hero or heroine hogging all limelight.
Stop unrealistic slo mo action scenes.

Makes a lot of sense. Marvelous
Changes:
- Stop the remakes and cheap sequels
- Stop the favouritism and nepotism
- Create melodic music and tap into the singing talent of India (this goes for dancing as well)
- Better scripts, actors and ideas
