The promotion was pretty terrible. Not a single person I know who know about this film.

Second, no one cares for the original BnB today. Yeah it was a hit film back in the day, but it didn't really become a classic or anything. 15 years later, people barely know the original film. So what was the point of this sequel?

Also based on what I have heard, the actual movie turned out to be terrible.

Also no offense, but both Rani and Saif looks a bit tired from the promo. Rani looked a lot better in Mardaani and Hichki.

Barring their big banner sequels - Dhoom, Tiger etc. YRF is known for doing shitty promotion for most of their movies. I remember the promotions for RNBDJ and Chak De were almost non existant

They probably try to save money?

Nothing new about YRF marketing. For their smaller movies with no big stars they have always gone low key on promotion and marketing to keep the budget low.

Complacent is the word..Cannot believe an actor like Rani looked like sleep walking through the movie and being super lazy..no efforts be it acting or dancing..One look at nach baliye from original..you would see the efforts and the hunger to do good..BB2 looked like such a lazy attempt from everyone to just not do much and cash in on the original's popularity

Aaiya tanked too but one could see the fire in Rani..be it acting or her supeb dance..here she was just too laidback and it seemed everyone sleep walked through it..

all these projects are for rani i think. only to keep her engaged.

YRF was know for it's quality music. Both YRF and Dharma have given the most iconic songs in Bollywood. In the last few years YRF has been moving away from big musical numbers which is such a shame. Fanna, DDLJ, Original BnB, Dhoom would be nothing without the albums.

songs were horrible love ju (the English got killed in this song) and tattoo waaliye not crowd pullers and made my ears ache

They tried to exploit too many people with their bullshit three year contract. Irony is those very actors broke out and became stars in their own right. YRF doesn’t have the clout that it used to have anymore
