.... that also makes it 14 years of Akshay needing dental work but choosing to torture us with that smile regardless. 😆

I hope Bhool Bhulaiya 2 lives up to the legacy this one started.

I have never had an issue with his smile. As someone with a big gummy smile, I appreciate Akshay for staying his natural self. Sure his maxilla needs work but he at least doesn't indulge in unhealthy habits and seems to have good hygiene. I am not a fan of the Hollywood chiclet smile.

I LOVED THIS MOVIE!

👻 + 😂

BB had the best blend of horror and comedy. You just can’t go wrong with a haunted haveli and actors like Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Rajpal Yadav. Simply the best formula. I’ve always wanted to spend a week with 20 people in a haunted mansion. Cherry on top would be if the scary entity was an angry demonic/ghostly woman.

I’ve watched a lot of horror movies but I don’t think any actress apart from Anushka in Pari looked more terrifying than Vidya Balan did in the Ame Je Tomar song. I used to dance to the song but would cover the TV or computer screen with a towel so I could enjoy the song in peace. 😆

Once in high school, I wanted to slow my friends how scary Vidya looked in the song. So when our class went to the library, rather than doing the assigned work, we used this opportunity to go on Youtube instead. Naturally, I had forgotten to mute/decrease the volume of the video, so when I played the song, the whole class could hear AMI JE TOMAAAR pumping on maximum volume. My friend panicked and turned off the monitor rather than closing the video. It didn’t help that she also started screaming to block the sound. So now we had the song playing with the monitor off and my friend screaming, while everyone (including the teacher) was staring at us.

Hey, hey. :) True that, I don't question his hygiene like I would of Ajay Devgan's (another topic, another day). But you gotta admit Akshay's smile pretty much jumps out at you in the clip up there, I couldn't help myself. 😆

I don't demand unnatural perfection like Hollywood veneers but something about it looks off-putting to me, I don't think it's cuz of his gummy smile as much as the shape of his teeth and the way they're aligned, so please, please don't feel attacked by my post.😆

OMG ... I'm trying to think of a more embarrassed moment I've had to live through in school but nothing tops this! 😆

Anushka in Pari must have been truly scary if she beat Vidya 😆... I haven't watched it though, it looked like an out and out horror movie unlike BB that had a mix of everything.

I love the title song of this movie. It was so cool when you compare it to the the songs released during its time (even if Pritam churaofied it 😆)

And Akshay+Paresh Rawal + Rajpal Yadav were pure gold. IMO Comedy (and not ghatiya 'comedies' like Houseful) is where Akshay truly shines.

Also its been a while since I last saw a decent comedy from BW

Random trivia alert:-

The original which is "Manichithrathazh" is like every Malayali's pride and probably the movie which is watched the most number of times by an average malayali.😊Some parts of "Manichithrathazh"was directed by Priyadarshan himself. Each time when the movie is telecasted in channel, the trp gets increased too.

Bhool Bhulaiya is the one which has same storyline that of Manichithrathazh.Other remakes had some parallel storylines so as to cater to the audiences' taste.

Chalo ho gaya..have a nice day😃

You have a story for every scenario, either you are a ghost writer or have too much time on your hand to cook all this khichdi with friends
