Libel is illegal. You could check what Akshay did to a smalltime YouTuber. If SRK chooses to, he could sue India Forums and those deliberately spouting fiction as fact in spite of being told several times it is not true.
I am going to say this again to make sure the *INTENT* part of the charge will be true. CAPS to make sure no one can claim they didn't notice it.

THE NCB ADMITTED IN COURT THERE WERE NO DRUGS FOUND ON ARYAN KHAN AND THAT HIS MEDICAL REPORT CAME BACK NEGATIVE.
THE ONE WHO POSTED THE ARTICLE UNDER DISCUSSION AND THE ONES WHO CONDONE IT OR PROMOTE IT ARE DELIBERATELY SPREADING MISINFORMATION. WHEN DEFAMATION IS DONE WITH INTENT, UNDER INDIAN LAW, IT IS A CRIMINAL ACT. NOT JUST CIVIL. CRIMINAL DEFAMATION.

NCB has made around 300 arrests in the last 10 month.
Media only shows if it's related to bollywood.
Why didn't media highlight when 3000 Kg was recovered by NCB.
Don't give so much importance to these Bollywood druggie.

We should really applaud NCB in doing their jobs. These are hard working honest officers.

Those calling a personal failing a criminal act are knowingly committing criminal acts. Those saying others believe they're above the law are certainly acting like it. And you know what's worse? Someone's drug use hurts himself and his near and dear ones. Defamation is what person X does to person Y. Much more ethically deficient than hurting oneself. Such people lecturing someone on a purely personal failing!
