Can't show him sleeping with minors

Can't show him being racist to Africans

Can't show him being a political manipulator removing bose and Patel who was democratically chosen as Pm but have to removed bcz Nehru will create ruckus, decisions we have to pay even now

His idea of trusteeship ,caste system, againts modernism were ready bad and criticised aptly by Ambedkar

Can't show riots caused by his followers in his death , a lot of thing..

Bapu was a nasty racist, sexist, casteist and perverted sexual predator.

And no, I'm not supporting his murder by Godse, because murder and taking the law into your own hands cannot be supported in a democratic nation. But the fact remains that Gandhi would have never allowed India to have its own standing army if he was alive. This is something I learned as a student of history. Not from IT Cell propaganda or Leftist brainwashing.

The only contribution he had towards Indian politics is:

1) Making the Indian National Congress a massy party by taking out elitism from its politics.

2) Introducing organised petition and passive resistance which is still useful in some scenarios.

Other than these, he was a disgusting and lowly creature. Asked women to commit suicide if they were raped. 🤢 Asked Jews to do hunger strike against Hitler. Imagine, Jews who were already being starved, worked, tortured and gassed to death. 🤬🤬

Hollywood already made a movie on him. That could be the reason Bollywood didn't feel the need to make one.

If Bollywood makes a movie on Gandhi, who would be the best choice to play his character?

Gandhi's principles on non violence are amazing, very difficult to follow, no doubt he was a great man.

A man who promoted khadi, to be self reliant and used non violence against a massive empire has to be applauded.

It was always the west and congress who idealized him and his assassination created a lot of sympathy and he became a hero after his death.

Though Gandhi was a good man, he was extremely flawed and for a non violent man he did have a lot of blood on his hands and a lot of decisions that he took were very bad for the country. He was biased, played favouritism, was extreme regressive and made some very very poor and bad decisions that India had to pay for.

Exactly. Gandhi was one of the worst aspects of Indian history. I don't have much to say on his policies, but his messed up ideas on non violence that he himself thwarted to fit his own agenda killed millions of people on both sides. He even justified Hindus being killed during Moplah Gënøçïde. He's worshipped because people benefitting from his name turned him into a demo-God who singlehandedly saved this country from the British. Screw facts and logic.
