When you mark one sender as spam, all other emails from that person will automatically go to spam. You will never see any new emails from that person. Emails in the spam folder also automatically get deleted in 30 days. So if Hrithik had actually marked her email as spam, he would have never seen any new ones and they would all be getting deleted automatically after 30 days. It is nearly impossible to reiterative old deleted emails YEARS later.

Hrithik was reading all those emails and saving them which is why he had so many to give to the media later.

He never denied that he saved some of her early mail (including the one from “her sister” claiming there was an imposter). She started sending explicit emails to him in July of 2014, he says he read the first 40-50 then started sending them to spam and he didn’t even know she had sent 3000 over 6-7 months. She claimed he was her ex in January of 2016 and the public part of the saga began and he hired a company to do a forensic analysis of his computer/devices. There is a reason criminals go out of their way to completely physically destroy hard drives because vast amounts of data can be retrieved even after files are deleted. Forensics have successfully recovered emails when criminals were sending emails to the trash every day and emptying the trash every night - in other words trying really hard to hide them. They definitely could recover passively trashed emails from a year or two earlier. Even here there is some indirect evidence that Hrithik is telling the truth. There was a huge jump in the number of emails he claimed she sent between when the legal spat first became public and when he turned over his computer with the forensic report to the police. That number changed because the forensics recovered many deleted emails that he didn’t initially know about. Another clue is how hard Kangana worked to avoid turning over her devices to the police. She (or her lawyer) was smart enough to know deleting the sent emails wasn’t going to hide them from a good forensic team.

You don’t have to mark as spam.. in outlook they can simply be automatically archived.

It may not be a full blown affair but kind of one night stand out short fling. There was definitely something slanderous which made Hrithik restrain. But lot of imagination was added by Kangana to present as hot love affair.

And I never claimed I knew for sure he was lying. I said he contradicted himself which doesn't work in his favour. Do you think you could focus on that part?

I've spoken in favour of him plenty while arguing with her bots on Twitter, almost on a daily basis, while maintaining the views I shared here. If I think he's too conscious of his image, that's not a reflection of me liking or disliking him.

Okay so let’s focus on that. You said that he was “too defensive” but disregard why he was defensive and the length and extent of the public vilification he had been subjected to.

You said he never tried to do “the right thing” which I assume you mean to be speaking directly to Kangana but ignore that the chief of police had told him to be careful to have absolutely no direct contact with her - advice Javed Akhtar probably wishes he had gotten - and he had tried to have his manager meet her and her sister to deliver his message.

You say he contradicted himself by saying they had a normal professional relationship, that she had asked him for advice about speaking better and future projects and that he had “praised her to the skies” for some pictures but she was shy and barely spoke. She clearly functions well enough on sets to still be a working actress so why couldn’t he have seen her as a normal professional. Her email to him details how shy and tongue-tied she is in front of him. But okay she spoke. How long exactly does it take to ask for advice? And if at the time he thought of her as a good co-star who was shy and trying to improve herself and had no reason to suspect she would one day try to ruin his life could his praise have been intended as encouragement? The same kind of praise and encouragement he has openly given to other young actors and actresses.

You make a great deal of the fact that he didn’t block her emails. That makes some sense knowing what we know. But in July of 2014 Hrithik thought Kangana was maybe mildly mentally ill and he wanted nothing to do with her. As far as he was concerned he wouldn’t have to. He never had to work with her again. He wasn’t getting her emails (they were going to spam). For Hrithik in July of 2014, there was no problem so why did he urgently need to figure out a better way to deal with the 3000+ emails he didn’t know he was getting so he would look “more innocent” 2 years later when Kangana convinced half the nation he proposed to her in Paris while still legally married to Sussanne?

I don’t want to turn this into an even longer post but you also either ignore or are ignorant of the many ways that Hrithik tried to get the truth out both directly and indirectly beginning in 2015 when she started planting blinds. Not only was that not successful but starting in 2016 she accused him of attacking her anytime he tried to defend himself.

How is it dishonest of me to say you don’t like him and that is part of the reason you look for reasons to doubt him and overlook reasons to believe him? Too defensive, helpless, image obsessed and stupid - you have used these words in posts explaining why you believe a liar over him. Are you sure you didn’t mean what you wrote?
