Didn't Salman actually have a fling with Kangana? Maybe that's why she remains silent on Salman despite him launching more and far worse actors into the industry than Karan Johar

I don’t know if they had a fling. Personally I’d rather Salman jump out a window than come close to Kangana. I wish she did speak on Salman . Maybe he’d make her disappear. Than your previous Hrithik would be spared finally.

No arguments there.

None of the Khans would be able to pull off what Hrithik did in Dhoom 2, but but are we totally dismissing them as non-actors.... ??

Salman/SRK deserve all the trolling for their work in the last decade, but come on, I personally I don't agree with the notion that all 3 Khans are bad actors.

Trust me, I am NOT a die-hard fan of any of the 3 Khans, but I give credit where it's due.👍🏼

Yes. SRK hammed his way through a lot of movies in the 90s, but acting used to be very different back then. For e.g. his character was supposed to be like that in Darr.

He redefined "romance" in Bollywood, and had natural chemistry with all his leading actresses. He was convinving enough in villian roles too. He lost his motto when he started doing films like Ra One, Raees, Fan etc in the last decade.🥱

Salman actually is a capable actor given the right script. Except Bajrangi, all his films were trashy in the last decade but before his "Bhai" phase, his 90s movies were all genuine. 👏
Besides, he never sold himself as a 'serious' actor so I never understood why people drag his name in their so-called "intellectual" discussions.

Also, Hrithik is NOT a better actor than them.

Hrithik will never will be able to do comedy like Andaaz Apna Apna.

Hrithik will never be able to pull off a My Name is Khan or Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi like SRK.👍🏼

I also can't imagine Hrithik in Aamir's roles in 3 Idiots, Rang De Basanti, P,K, Dangal etc.

Super 30 was a good film, but Hrithik was clearly struggling to get the body language right.

And let's stop pretending that War is some masterpiece. It is a glorified commercial potboiler, and someone like Akshay could've played the character of Kabir with ease.

Hrithik's contribution to the character was the he made the character look like a greek-god.😎

Hrithik a "better actor"? I dislike this kind of labeling as there isn't an honest comparison where the same chatacter is played by different actors.

I would say he is good in what he is doing and he undoubtedly has his fan following and deserves their praise.

I think, if one likes an actor one tends to overrate some performances and if one dislikes an actor one tends to underestimate the skills or dedication or sheer perseverance.

My own barometer for action prowess is mainly the fact how much I'm captivated by the character the actor endorses, how believable and natural I find the play, how "big" is the part he/she gives of him-/herself.

Salman's best won't be able to match Hrithik's best but then again Salman has never made me want to jump under the tv screen and slap the daylights out of a fictional character like Hrithik did in Mai prem ki diwani hu and yaadein.

I think this comparison is quite unreasonable. Hrithik is a good actor but certainly not better than the Khans because all 4 of these have their own forte and have played different characters. For example, as others have mentioned, I cannot imagine Hrithik in a comic role because he is more suited for the serious or romantic hero types of characters. Similarly Shahrukh has his own charm while performing his roles, he was very good in antagonistic ones as well, on the other hand I know it's quite an unpopular opinion here but I think Salman is a pretty good actor. He has tried comedy, romantic, action genres and I found him convincing in pretty much all of them. Aamir is a very good actor as well, he has his own style. Therefore I find all 4 of them good.

I agree...and that's what I meant. Nothing against personal preferences but all the actors mentioned here can be convincing in their play and they all have weaknesses, too.
