Why did Twinkle Khanna quit acting?

Is it because she didn't enjoy it or because her films weren't working?

it's because people couldn't understand the quality of a great movie like Mela! So it failed 😔 so she settled for Akshay.

On a serious note I think she realized acting wasn't for her? She talked about it many, many times. I just don't remember what she said except she told Akshay if Mela fails she will marry him.

I think she once admitted in an interview that she was terrible at acting. So may be she thought that it just wasn't for her. Good that she quit though, she indeed was terrible, atleast she's trying the things which she is much more better at now.

I think she was okay in some movies like Baadshah, Jab pyar kisi se hota hai....

I loved Jaan too(but I don't remember if she was actually good in that or not, I used to like each and every movies I watched, in past, so I am not sure)..I remember watching Mela too seriously lol

Maybe she wasn't that interested in acting anymore ..otherwise flops toh sabke paas hota hai

It was definetely not for her she just came coz of her parents and was always a horrible actress and seeing her mela was horrendous 🤢

She never liked acting, that is what she said in her interviews.

Cuz she realized it wasn't her forte. Honestly I wish more ppl in bollywood thought like her. Had it been the case, bollywood could have had much better actors.
