I never found Arvind Swamy hot. But in the nineties, he had these down-to-earth looks and soulful eyes that many people swooned over. I think the mustache also helped. Bollywood actors were clean-shaven back then and people found the mooch unique and sexy.

He let himself go for a while gaining weight and losing hair. But he's back now with hair treatment and weight loss. Again not my cup of tea, but from what I understand he's what some women these days would consider "a total daddy."
