Is Anil Kapoor overrated?

Incredibly overrated now

Earlier he was rated optimally - a star with a filmography containing a few decent movies and mostly horrible ones. His acting was also decent. Hardly ever peaked.

Now with his new avatar of "never getting old" he is being treated as some Bollywood veteran and legend, which he is not.

I’ve never felt anything towards him. When he used to be the hero, I always felt like he looked more mature and older than everyone. Now that his older, he looks younger than everyone 😅😂

I don’t remember much about his acting either. He was good in Lamhe but other than that, I only associate him with his hair from memory.

He is one of the best actors in Bollywood.

I feel he is underrated.

Screen ko kha jaata hai when he's in the frame.

Also, 57 thousand times more talented than his daughter, at least. 😆

I find him overrated. He is a nice actor and has done good work but I don't find him like a legend or something in bollywood.

Neither I understand this usual phrase of people of him not aging at all and always looking young.

He is not a legend but he is also not some guy who worked for 5-10years and gone. The fact that he has been working in this industry for 30-40 years is a huge achievement.

He never had highs like khans or Amitabh, but he gave some good performances and iconic movies. He has been consistent and is still working, it’s not a easy feat.
