It might not be his PR to be honest. I see these "breaking the internet" articles now for every Indian celebrity. I think the media picks up these phrases from the West and then goes crazy repeating it everywhere without context and sense.

Or maybe the PR agencies have discovered the phrase and keep pushing it out for everything now. They are embarrassing.
