We already have had to endure the torture thanks to SLB. Horrible movie. Why torture the new generation again? The classic novel is bound to be spoiled in a movie.

If anyone is Bengali here, I would recommend watch Soumitra Chatterjee's Devdas.

Soumitra Chatterjee played the titular role, Supriya Devi played Chandramukhi, Sumitra Mukherjee played Paro.

And Uttam Kumar played Chuni Babu.

I have watched total 4 movie versions so far (Dilip Kumar's, SRK's, Soumitra's & Prasenjit's) & in my opinion, Soumitra Chatterjee's one was the best one so far.

I dont watch horror movies, it shouldn't have been made in the first place
