Hey, thats not fair, I have a love marriage but make rotis like arranged marriage wali, what is this just because its love marriage the girl cannot cook!! Why didnt the guy try cooking!! After 20 years I can say I have reached that upar wala state of roti making 🤣

Super wrong. I did Love Marriage and I make perfectly round, thin, super soft rotis. Even better than the Arranged Marriage pic one.

My husband kneads the dough cos I have trouble with my shoulder. But I make him do it enough for 2-3 days, and keep it on the top rack on my refrigerator, lasts for 3-4 days easily.

When using a stand mixer, I knead enough for 3 times and roll it into balls and then freeze it - but I'm usually out of freezer space, so never end up going this route.

Roti & paratha is actually easiest to make.

Slightly off-topic, YouTube has lots vids these days on making rotis and parathas from batter. Anyone tried this?
