Do you think Ishaan Khattar will make it big?

I loved his acting in A Suitable Boy. Natural, effortless, charming. Some scenes, his eyes do the talking. Naughty, whimsical, that streak of uninhibited mischief shining through.

Do you think he will make it big in the unpredictable world of Bollywood?

No he is a bit bland

Shahid took a long time to look like he is not 20. Ishaan is going to take a lot longer to not look like he is 16. His acting isn't bad. I just don't know how many bollywood roles exist for 16 year olds. He looks out of place in all his roles beside Beyond the clouds. When he gets married in Dhadak I was like boy is this minor even allowed to marry and legally hold a job? It's best if I don't talk about his romance with Tabu 🤔

Looks doubtful. He is too short, has a baby face - maybe he should focus on college based stories right now till his face matures a bit more

Maybe he will do fine in parallel cinema in the future

He should have been casted in student of the year 2

I do see him going the Irrfan/Anupam Kher way career wise esp after A Suitable Boy.

He will stick around.. Unlike actresses the golden period for actors start after 30..once he becomes mature he might start getting the mainstream male lead roles rest depends on his choices and luck but I feel he surely will stick around when his female contemporaries will be done and dusted.

He can act but he has the same problem that Shahid had. He looks so young that for now he has to do those college romances and cute boy roles which I think he abhors. So, it's going to be difficult for him unless he can turn things around suddenly start looking rugged and mature.

He has a baby face, that's true. But he can sort of transcend that with his acting skills, IMO. He's a really, really good actor.
