The movie looks interesting but the opening scene visibly looked like it wasn't his cup of tea but the guy tried I guess.

Actually looked up SMZS. Also a hit per reports. Not big, but it landed in positive territory. GS was OTT release. The man really hasn't had a flop in the last few years although how long he can continue the same schtick I don't know. He'll need to come up with more like Andhadhun and Article 15.

He might get restricted to comic genre only. But such intense roles are not suitable for him.

Amrita Subhash to me acts better than Kartik in the teaser
