Police officer Vijay hides in the hotel room of the forced bride of some gangster I believe. Vijay was shot, and he realizes that the bride is being forced to get married. He runs away from the wedding venue as he was being chased by those gangster men, and the bride who has fallen for him also runs away with him. They fall in love, at the end the groom (gangster's) hunch men locate Vijay and shoots the bride punishing him for running away with the gangster's would be bride.
This is what I could figure out, correct me if I am wrong. This is also based on a true story.
