Busiest year or whatever but the fact remains that her halcyon days are more or less over because she is on the wrong side of mid 30s...plus she also happens to be a married woman to boot!

So yeah....she might be able to bag some big projects from time to time due to her "connections" but the peak is long gone! Her prime has passed...

It’s so unfair that women have to get pulled down by the nature and the ticking body clock if they want to have kids while the men are practically unstoppable by anything. Even Aishwarya was at the peak of her career when she got pregnant and then it never picked up the steam after that.

She has had 4 releases that year,was already shooting Heroine and was in talks for 3 other A-list movies.

I don’t think it’s deliberate. She was unable to find anything until Chapaak which she co produced as she was offered only some biopics and she was too expensive.

COVID changed her situation big budget /big stars movies .

Busy year but she reportedly won't be doing the Ashwin/Prabhras film. It got delayed to late 2021 when she'll be doing Fighter instead.

Stupid if true. That movie has greater chance of succeeding than fighter that has no big studio backing and could go either way. Siddharth won't have yfx to save the day. Movie sounds heavy vfx type, so how will he deliver?

You think Hrithik is signing on to a blockbuster that doesn't have the budget to support the script? Sid has financial backing from a big South company . The budget is a reported 200-250cr. They can afford to pay Red Chillies et al to do VFX. He's already directed a heavily VFX film, this will be his 4th action film - he knows what it requires. As does Hrithik.

Deepika is here to rule as I said last year on this website. She will never give up. unfortunately or fortunately people are eager to see her fail, I can smell some jealousy even in that thread but last year you guys said no one wants to sign her for anything and she is finished and this year she has more movies than your average actress.

Which south company? If there was any company, they would have mentioned it in the announcement. They are still looking for a partner. Also, HR has no profit sharing deal in this. All are rumors at this point. Things will be clearer by the end of the year.
