Image may contain: 8 people, meme, text that says 'ACTORS WITH MOST 'HIGHEST GROSSER OF THE YEAR' IN THE HISTORY OF BOLLYWOOD HRITHIK 10 FILMS mwallpaper mพล 9 FILMS 7FILMS 6 FILMS 5 FILMS 5FILMS FILMS 5 FILMS 4FILMS THE ONLY YOUNGEST ACTOR GIVING COMPETITION TO SENIOR ACTORS REMEMBER THE NAME SUPERSTAR HRITHIK ROSHAN'

And he has done it all, at a younger age, with huge gap years and lesser number of films. On top of it, he is a brilliant actor too. The controversy with Kangana hampered him professionally and personally, but he handled everything with dignity and just gave a brilliant 2019, he still does not get much adulation as others get, I think he is the last superstar of Bollywood (given that he got his superstardom after Akshay kumar).

He's rightly rated. He's a Superstar and people don't deny it.

As far as giving most "highest grosser of the year", yes he's the youngest but that's not an achievement.

Because he's in his prime and Dharmendra, Dilip Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan and Raj Kapoor are not.

Aamir also gave 4, Salman gave 7 and SRK gave 5 highest grossers when they were younger than present age of Hrithik.

Even Dharmendra, Dilip, Raj and AB give highest grossers in their prime. And no, Hrithik is not in his prime now, coming out of a debacle of 4 years and that nasty controversy, is huge.

Salman struggled to give highest grossers from 1995 to 2008, in between he might have given some huge grossers, but that period of flops is unmatchable too.

SRK had very few competition in 2000s, unless that came from Hrithik as Aamir took huge breaks too and he wasted years for mangal pandey too.

What's your point? Khans still gave more highest grossers when they were younger.

If Hrithik is not in his prime then his rivals can't be blamed for that. By being in his prime I meant he's still an active Superstar.

dilip kumar must have given majority grossers in his 20s and 30s because he sopped working for many years or did one movie in 3-4 years

raj kapoors best films too are in mostly 50s and 60s in his 20s and 30s and early 40s mostly

SRK, AB, Dharmendra gave hits from 30s

Hrithik was major flop in his 30s except krish and jodha akbar

but what i want to ask is how many of salmans, srk, hrithik, amir films will all watch after 40-70 years like they watch dilip kumar, raj kapoor

amir a few will be watched

hardly any because it has no quality to sustain 50-70 years viewership

I do feel his stardom is underrated.

He's a complete package, and War acc. to me had those humongous numbers due to him only.

He's had HGOTY's, ATBB's and even a movie like Kaabil, though it underperformed, would have done far worse business with anyone else in it - it's such a bad movie, and so dated.

Yes it is, if the does movie like dhoom and war you can see his full Star Power potential.

I wish he had done more movies like dhoom 2 and war earlier and had not waste his time sitting at home😔 now he would have been in the same league as like the khans.

Yes he is underrated, he couldn't do more movies because of his health but if he did, he'd be a much bigger star than Khans

no entirely true Salman had a very good phase between 1995 and 2000 probably with hit bb superhit even better than srk or in the same league. between 2001/2008 didn't have a great phase yes but still had some hit and superhit and he had highest grosser film in 1999 with hssh and in 2005 with no entry. And an iconic cameo in kkhh in 1998. Salman stardom was always underrated cause he didn't have good pr and press.
