Abhi was the love of my life.....In my books, bench, chair I used to write "Abhishek 4 Soumya".....One day my mom asked who is dis Abhishek(thinkin dat he is my bf or sumething)but I told it was Abhishek bachchan...My all the classmates(especially the boys) hate Abhishek Bachchan but I was the one who always used to tell Abhishek Bachchan is the best...Whatever he will do will be good for him....We get NIE papers in our skool so one day Abhi's poster had cum....One boy was tearing it but it was me whooo stopped it from tearing dat paper....He was the biggest crush more dan my tiny miny crushes in real.....I even used to tell Sree di to call Abhishek Bachchan in I-f Radio...I used to eat her head for Abhishek...My classmates called me "beard" as Abhishek Bachchan has beard now.....but still I fight with them for him.....Mein aur kya kahoo...I really wanna cry but I can't cry.....I have always wished to God dat Abhi shouldn't marry Ash...I donno why but I seriously don't want them together ..........I just can't gulp the fact that Abhi proposed Ash...........I just hate Abhi.......Can't show my anger out on him...........I can't believe it dat I can have such a big crush on a celebrity whom I know I can't even meet properly

I want to tell things about Ash as I don't like her at all but in this matter it's not her fault.........It's all Abhi's fault....Why did he do like dat....Why with me???Couldn't he find a better person to marrry...............Now I can't even stop the marriage between Ash and Abhi but now I just hope they never break up in their whole life....If dey do na I will hate Aishwarya more n more day by day...

Here's a lowdown on Ash-Abhi's engagement ceremony at La Mer, and the celebratory dinner at Jalsa that followed Back to Section Stories

He has watched the Aishwarya Rai-Abhishek Bachchan romance blossoming 'under his building' as they say in Mumbai. (I saw great chemistry happen between them about a year ago," he says.) On Sunday night, all the action was at this building, La Mer. And Prahlad claims that he's now spending a bulk of his time telling the world about it. "Well, young Abhishek arrived early evening on Sunday and went up to meet Ash's parents," he says, adding with a laugh, "It must have needed some guts for Ash's father is a tough boy and slightly intimidating. He's the chairman of our building and keeps all the watchmen under control… Anyway, Abhishek did go up and ask for the hand of their daughter. Her mother Vrinda's presence must have helped for she is rather fond of him. Her parents were happy, but asked whether he had the permission of his parents. Abhishek told them that he hadn't asked his parents yet, he had come for the Rais' permission first. Afterwards, he went off to ask his parents." The engagement at Ash's place was a very small, informal affair. Abhishek came over with Jaya Bachchan, Anil and Tina Ambani and Amar Singh. Some of Ash's relatives were also present. Everyone exchanged sweets, and that was that. "I went and met Vrinda later," says Prahlad. "And I found her very relieved. She was happy, and she giggled a lot, much like Ash." At Jalsa The engagement ceremony lasted almost till midnight. After which Abhishek decided to throw an impromptu party for a few of his close friends at his bungalow, Jalsa. "Abhishek was very excited," says Jr Bachchan's childhood buddy Chirag Doshi, who was amongst the first to know that Abhishek had proposed and Ash had accepted. Abhishek SMSed Chirag from New York after proposing to Aishwarya Rai. "When I spoke to him he was very excited, but he didn't want us to talk about it because he wanted to meet Ash's dad before making it public," says Chirag. Chirag, along with his wife Tanaz, attended the celebratory dinner at Jalsa. "Ash looked visibly happy," he says. "I met Ash the first time when she was shooting with Akshaye Khanna for Aa Ab Laut Chalen. Ash and Abhishek were always in touch with each other since they started working way back in 2000 with Dhai Akshar Prem Ke. They make a fantastic couple." Proud to be pa-in-law: Amitabh Bachchan at a press briefing yesterday The post-engagement ceremony at Amitabh Bachchan's bungalow at Juhu, was a small and private affair. Only some very close friends, which included Abhishek's close friend Chirag Doshi, Sonali Bendre, Abu Jani, Apurva Lakhia, Sandeep Khosla, Karan Johar, Hiroo Johar, Amar Singh, Kirron Kher, Anupam Kher, Sikandar and Sunil Doshi, were among the guests who were present at the bungalow for dinner. Bottles of Champagne were popped. And a formal lavish dinner was served to all. Amitabh Bachchan was at his wittiest best and kept cracking jokes. He, of course, had to keep going out of the house to meet mediapersons who had congregated outside. Amar Singh played host. Jaya Bachchan was also thrilled with the news. "Jaya aunty cooked for all of us. We were served both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. But, of course, the occasion was much bigger than the dinner," says Chirag. Apparently, Jaya made maccher jhol (fish curry, Bengali style), rice, mutton korma, chicken kebabs, dal makhani, navratan korma and payesh (payasam) which is the traditional celebratory dessert of Bengalis. Abhishek Bachchan had to leave early morning to catch a flight for a shoot. But all the guests hung around chatting and celebrating until almost 5 am. "Abhishek has left for Jaipur to shoot for Goldlie Behl's film and they are yet to finalise the wedding date. But we all are waiting for the announcement. "Abhishek is not just my buddy, but he is like my family," adds Chirag. Did Abhishek ever speak about his love for Ash to him? "Now that's too personal and I would not like to comment on it," he replies. Considering the fact that both Abhishek and Ash are doing reasonable well in their profession, this marriage news would certainly bring some difference in their career? "Not really," he retorts. "They both are superstars in their own right, and they have professional commitments. They will not get married before they are done with their commitments. They are not the first Bollywood couple, we have seen successful Bollywood couples in past, so I am sure that they will be doing many more projects together." BACK TO SECTION STORIES

BIG B the superstar,living legend ,the best known face in india actually drove ash home himself(on the streets of mumbai) the night before(engagement night..)wow!

a month back when i saw him sitting in the front seat waiting in front of ash's residence to escort her to the guru music launch..i was a bit taken aback!

he himself drove ash and abhi to the calendar launch too,,a superstar like him should be sitting comfortably in the backseat of a limousine..

the head of one of the most famous families in india treats his to be bahu like a princess😛..
