She wasn't accused of murder. The initial case was abatement to suicide which is still under investigation. In fact she would have gotten away had it been a murder.

These people are so convinced the entire thing is a conspiracy theory relating to elections and bots that they constantly fail to realise the extent of the SSR movement. It is MASSIVE. I still think most people here really have no clue.😆

If the elections are won by BJP/coalition it’s gonna be “THEIR CHEAP TRICKS WORKED” and if they lose, it’s gonna be “After all their cheap tricks, they still lost, tsk, shame on them”😆

What happens is that she will be in jail till the NCB and the courts find it appropriate to maintain her custody. The abetment to suicide case will continue and CBI will be required to enquire on those lines, since the case is already with them.

She us booked under drugs not for SSR death case so until NCB has proofs that she has contacts with drug peddlers she will be in jail...

Rhea was is booked for dealing with drugs.

I am sceptical with AIIMS reports. But irrespective of the results, Rhea cannot be released. She was not arrested as the murderer of Sushanth at the first place.
