Apparently, the leaks suggest death by partial hanging ( there is nothing called partial suicide.. duh!).

The report seems to be taking time coz if it is indeed death by partial hanging, it tends more towards murder and not suicide. Partial hanging occurs when the hanging causes blocked airways but full hanging got prevented due to the feet touching the floor or bed. Death by partial hanging usually happens when someone is incapacitated to the extent that they can’t struggle even when they are hanged, so even though the feet barely touch the floor/bed, the person doesn’t reflexively struggle to get his feet back on the ground and hence dies.
Apparently, this could be why the usual signs of hanging such as bulging eyes, tongue etc were not found in Sushant.

If this is the case, Then it’s quite likely that he was administered something or beaten up enough to be made unconscious and then hanged to make it look like suicide.

Ps: I was never a fan of Sushant. I only started reading about him after his death. My interest in the case only piqued when the Mumbai police and the state govt’s behaviour became suspicious and suggested cover up. I really hope the family and people who loved SSR get closure as to whether it really was a suicide or homicide or murder and if murder, the guilty should be punished.

So I am. I took intrest in this case because of all botchbup by every possible machinery in Maharashtra. People who land at this forum for gossip and discussing films should realise their responsibility towards all the crimes happening in our country. This is awakening call for everyone where someone is murdered in a planned way and people are mocking here those warriors who unitedly stood against this injustice ,converted this into a massive movement and today when AIIMS have submitted their report ...Where they are NOT ruling out the homicide angle. I feel proud myself for being a part of this movement because today it's Sushant...Tomorrow it may be my Son,my kins and may be YOU who all are typing here all blah blah against those who had a firm belief since day 1 that SUSHANT was MURDERED.

Filmo ke alawa aur actors actresses ko follow karne ke alawa bhi aur zaroori kaam hain doston. Aaj in Bollywood ki jo partein khul rahi hain na....I am feeling myself responsible for making these UdtaBollywood people so big where they come at NCB office to face the heat in chartered planes and with 12 member Team of Lawyers. Today if anything happen to US ..We will Not be in a position to hire one reasonably good lawyer. On our money they are showing attitude to Whole world.

Yes, a lot of lapses were conducted during the investigation which is what sparked my interest in the case thinking that if this can happen to a well-known bollywood celebrity, what other things may be swept under the rug...turns out, a lot.

There was no time of death mentioned in autopsy and his last phone call records suggested he last spoke to people on June 13th. It just made me think too that he might have been drugged to be unconscious and later strangled/hanged to complete the suicide theory. He was not alone but living with 3-4 other people and the CCTV cameras were reported to be disabled one day prior.

Why would one go to so much efforts to bungle a clear-cut suicide case with drug abuse? There were videos of bags being taken out from the apartment right in front of police, no clarity on the post mortem protocol followed, tampering of crime scene by mumbai police, viscera badly maintained so that toxicity tests cannot be done, 5 doctors who reportedly went on leave than face a direct investigation, no time of death or suicide note, diary pages torn etc.

Till date, none of the 5 doctors have been summoned for CBI inquiry...that to me is the most mind boggling thing ever.
