This law is made into a mockery in this case. Not just law, but the basic decency and common logic was thrown into the trash.

This is how the legal system works. A defending party will often counter-sue or file additional allegations. Also, not every charge will stick. The prosecution will always be aggressive on charges because they anticipate some charges being dismissed or reduced. Sometimes charges are filed to get warrants to access additional information that may otherwise not fall in the jurisdiction of the current investigation. Sometimes charges are filed to throw off another party.

If the sisters had a pic of a dead brother with broken legs, needle marks and others as claimed by breaking news which received the pic from the sisters themselves, would you think they should have even waited to file a FIR? Abetment to suicide also is possible by the carelessness of the sister, who inspite of alleged words of SSR that the ones who did this to Disha will not spare him, left him within a week to take care of her own family. Irrespective of knowing his conditions, bought a prescription off not on his name. Please tell me this is gross negligence or not

Exactly. Another way of seeing it is there was intent to have a person commit suicide and they acted on that intent and that lead to or contributed to the person committing suicide.

Let's see how Rhea fans twist this one.
