i think even if we delete the chats, it always remains in the server of the sim card provider... and police can access it if needed in criminal cases......... but i dont know how much legal is these people getting it

Also, if Rhea was that evil, Sushant wouldn't be living with her. Sushant was a very intelligent guy. I doubt he d let a girl let him manipulate that much.

So let the respective authorities do the investigation instead of declaring her as innocent. Even if Sush was going through a severe mental illness her behavior was still shady. Her not letting his father talk to him ( poor guy had to message her to reach out to his son and she blocked him) Her spending his money despite knowing he isn't in healthy state of mind. I mean any normal girlfriend would try to seek help from his family( even if don't want to tell them) instead of seeking help from creepy Bhatt. If the guy was so self destructive and had mental issues why did she stuck around for so long only to leave him when he was most vulnerable. The molestation charge against his sis came when his family's lawyer stated how Priyanka caught her using Sushant's card to pay for expenses and how she lied about it being her brother's b'day party. Last but not the least her statements about her breakup with Sushant have changed quite frequently.
