Most intellectual people think of real life beyond the money and other intricacies.. these things do not matter to them and they think of others to be as simple minded as them.. not knowing how evil some people can be..

This is very true. Brilliant people/ Intellectuals are least concerned about money n materialistic things. Money anyways follows them since they follow their passion n as they love what they do. They are also introverts n see other with lens of their purity and hence get take advantage of. I have example as such in my family too. Entire life all took advantage of them n they always claim not to discuss person but process, it irritates me now , given consequences could be dire as their behaviour patterns get established even further n could be harmful as they don't fear consequences.
Moral - People like TAI and her family needs to face consequences to set an example for society.
