Meetu has not seen the hanging body. Only the Pithani guy claims to have seen it and got it down. (How he got it down will be another science puzzle, with his height and mass being less than Sushant).

Olympiad Physics Winner Sushant Singh Rajput might be brilliant, talented, smart and a scientific genius, but not necessarily practical. We don't know him personally, but from what everyone says, he's a deeply sensitive guy. Mental health and especially depression are very, very important. Depression is real shit. Even the most sorted out person becomes vulnerable and is prone to falling deeper into an abyss of confusion, and this guy was seemingly surrounded by the wrooooooongest kind of people. People who knew him before couldn't even recognize him, so just imagine.

My grandfather hung himself. My Uncle was about to touch him crying. My mom pulled him way. She said it was a criminal investigation. He cant tamper with it and put his fingerprints there. No one was allowed to remove him from the rope until the police came in. And it is interesting everyone's first instinct is to call the police and not put there fingerprints on a dead body. They know that can frame them or make them a suspect?

I would like to be cautious here. There is a chance that she has not gone to the penthouse and never got raped. But still she could have got murdered for knowing something.

If we go with this party and rape theory, if it is proved to be false, they might say the entire allegation is false. Sushant’s death is a murder case, with or without what happened to Disha.

One needs to pursue Disha’s case, no doubt. But not exactly thinking, if Disha had not gone to the penthouse on that day, nothing would have happened to Sushant. There was trouble in Sushant’s life even otherwise too.
