Rhea Chakraborty To Apply For Interim Bail

Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death investigation took a shocking turn after the actor's father K K Singh filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty. Rhea was in a relationship with Sushant and had recently declared herself as the late actor's girlfriend in an Instagram post.

An FIR complaint against Rhea Chakraborty and five other people for abetment of suicide has been registered at Rajiv Nagar Police Thana in Patna. Sushant's father has alleged that Rhea took money from Sushant and instigated him to commit suicide.

In the latest updates coming in, it is being informed that Rhea Chakraborty is likely to file for anticipatory bail today, DNA reported. This news comes after the Jalebi actress' lawyer Anandini Fernandes was spotted leaving Chakraborty's house after a three-hour discussion last night.

Reportedly, Rhea and five other individuals have been booked under IPC Section 306 (Abetment of suicide), Sec 341 (Punishment for wrongful restraint), Sec 342 (Punishment for wrongful confinement), Sec 380 (Theft in dwelling house), Sec 406 (Punishment for criminal breach of trust), and Sec 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property).

Sushant's father filed a 5 page complaint against Rhea wherein he claimed that the actress made Sushant move houses, change phone numbers and also change his personal bodyguard and staff. He also alleged that Rhea and his family duped Sushant's money and overdosed him medicines by telling others that he had dengue. K K Singh also stated that Rhea threatened of leaking Sushant's medical reports in public and instigated him to end his life.

Guilty or not, she has all the rights.

She has hired Salman's lawyer as far as some articles are to be believed. And one of the dharas is non bailable offence.

I don't know how it all is going to work out.

It's like Dan brown and Agatha Christie in real.

Unrelated to this case but i sometimes feel how does the lawyer of the accused feel defending him and if he wins the case. I mean do they feel guilty? Nirbhaya got justice after so many yrs. Also Nirbhaya's and Subramanian Swamy's lawyer is also involved in this case. It's gonna be difficult.

I am giving her the benefit of doubt that she didn't stole his money but if she didn't tab ITNA paisa Kaisa ayaa ?

Aah right. But that will only land her into more trouble. Using Sushant's money isn't a good idea right now. Only makes her look bad. And Mahesh Bhatt is already being questioned even though he has no connection with him as in professionally. So both don't seem like a good idea. I hope Sushant's family can freeze the money somehow.

I thought its established that she got Sushant's money. Benefit of doubt kahan se hua.? Anyways if she did get those money and used it phir uss pe toh aur shak jayega.

Case against her is very strong to be honest. Also, if any of the allegations against her is true then she should be jailed.

And no this Anandini wasn’t Salman’s lawyer.

He could have been saved 😭 also his friend Mukesh chabra is writing essays on their friendship but he said he just know Sushant as an actor who is working in his film that's it, in his statement
