Because the songs are still popular. Just two-three remixes , one he remixed himself. No doubt He was great then,but today he doesn't have much different left to offer, just like Ajay Atul. All their songs sounds like recycled version some previous song.

If we would have ignored him, he would have been under control by now. The thing is that we take it as joke. We laugh it out like the girl on stage did. Hehehe, Noo Sir. Rehman hasn't been doing good music for almost a decade(barring Rockstar) now and new guys have not only caught up with him, they have surpassed him. All the hit music of past decade has been scored by the likes of Amit Trivedi, Pritam, Ajay-Atul, Amal Malik, heck even Anu Malik has given gem of a song not long ago. Rehman on the other hand has stagnated.
