This is not a bad advice. Kareena is giving good advice here from her own life. Her affairs with Hrithik and Akshay got her nearly blacklisted by all the top stars in early 2000s.

SSR did some mistakes too. He dumped Ankita, when his movies became popular. He started dating Kriti after that. This comment could mean this too.

I didn't know you were friends with Sushant or kriti or ankita to have such personal information like who dumped whom and why.

On a serious note : Sushant wasn't a saint. Not at all. And it's okay! It's a real world but Kareena or anyone have no right whatsoever to make statements like this. Had this been in general and Sara's co-star wasn't revealed then, it would still made sense as like a friendly comiic advice. But everyone knew who sara was debuting with and ofcourse , there were flames.

Everybody knew about Ankita and Shushant's breakup after his movies became hit. It was a news too. Then his sudden affair with Kriti.

Shushant was a normal actor in bollywood .So this was no humiliation.

Kareena has always made such statements, so it was nothing new. She survived long in this industry. People are over reacting.
