Yes. There are opportunities. But as I said, in low budget (what we call B grade) movies. Why is Ayushman mocked as "Gareebon Ka Superstar"? It is because of the kind of film he gets. Yes, he proves his mettle in them like how Vidya Balan did. But Vidya could not get Katrina/Kareena's movies (even before her weight gain) and Ayushman cannot get Ranbir or Tiger's big budget movies.
Same with Rajeev, Sanya. Yes, they would get roles. But not what insider gets. Sanya cannot get Kalank. Forget Ranbir, Rajeev cannot even get what Abhishek Bacchan gets, even if he can draw more audience than him.
Ayushmann is getting plenty of big budget movies today, he is just not interested in doing the massy films like a Baaghi, etc. He has said many times that he wants to own the quirky, social drama space. That is his choice not a lack of opportunities. For example, Kartik is interested in the massy space so that's exactly what he is pursuing.
After her debut, Vidya got a LRMB, Bhool Bhulaiya, Heyy Babyy, Kismat Konnection which were all equivalent to the films Katrina/Kareena were doing at the time. She has spoken about how she was criticized and not accepted in this space which is why she then chose to venture off into less conventional films.
Who is Rajeev? Sanya is obviously not going to get a Kalank, she's just debuted in 2018. It took Deepika eight and Alia nine years of success to get a massive period drama. Besides, Sanya has clearly chosen some less mainstream films like Patakha and Photograph even after a Dangal/BH so maybe she is not as interested in the massy space.
If you prove yourself as a sellable name, then you will get big opportunities, insider or not. Just look at Kriti - she was launched under the NGE banner and has gotten a successful mix of big budget massy films and performance oriented roles. Her opportunities are easily comparable to an insider like Shraddha who came before her.
