Even if something like this happened, it depends on who was arranging the interview. If it was Sara's PR, of course they would only offer up Sara and not Sushant. Sushant's own team would be working for him, not hers. If the movie's PR was arranging the interview, Sushant might not have been offered up simply because he wasn't available and already booked with other interviews. Sushant did promote the movie so how was he blocked? And why would they do something like that when they need the film to be promoted in order for it to be a hit? There is no logic in this.

New star kids in general would be willing to spend much more time on promotion because they have to establish themselves. Established stars are busier and working on other movies and doing other things so they are naturally going to spend less time promoting.

I think this guy is creating a fake controversy.

He is known for trying to cause scandals. Now he's jumping on a current controversy to act like he knows about the industry. Anything for retweets.

I have to get Varun Dhawan credit for this. When they tried to freeze Banita out of October promotions, he put his foot down and refused to do interviews without her.

Media plays a big role in this power play , they target certain people after getting instructions and payment from Bollywood biggies

I remember Faridoon and how much mudslinging and sabotaging he tried during Manikarnika release.

The media never asks tough questions to the power stars, have they ever asked Salman why he abused his girlfriends, or why he pushed certain people or why he got Arijit replaced.

Do they ask Ranbir about why he changes girls like bedsheets, why he treats his GF like crap

They never ask them these questions, they know what will happen if they do.

Let’s be honest if forum went crazy over Sara and wanted to see interviews on her. They should’ve interview both Sara and sushant together
